• The nearby Condominium are : Perdana Exclusive Condo, Emerald Condo, Ritz Perdana Condo

• Facilities: Security Guards, Access Card, Gym, Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Mini Market, Laundry, Restaurant, Air-condition, Water heater, Fridge

• Electricity bill & Water Bill is excluded & is to be paid by student

• 宿舍

• 學院可以幫忙學生安排住在附近的Condominium. 附近有 Perdana Exclusive Condo, Emerald Condo 還有Ritz Perdana Condo.
